Amber is, and was, the great centre of the universe. It was going to stand forever, a shining beacon of hope, light, and perfection.

It failed.

Now chaos threatens to destroy all, but the great, esoteric magics of Amber and other powers keep tiny shards of being intact. On these shards, people can meet, rest, and fight back against the darkness. From these shards, something must be rebuilt. Perhaps that something will be another Amber.
